Let’s start with reclaiming the word ‘bitch’, right now.

It’s no longer about the negative meanings or associations given to it in the past.

Because as more and more of us reclaim the word ‘bitch’, and become fully connected to our true, empowered, soul-deep selves, the word has changed.

And we release all of those old meanings, inferences, and insults.

Because bad bitch energy isn’t about anything negative or unwanted…

But it sure as hell IS about:

• Rising up and fully owning your life

• Living in alignment, and with unshakeable empowerment and confidence

• Elevating into your next-level self and life, because you know you deserve the best

• Doing no harm…but taking no shit

• Stepping up into the person you came here to be, and fully unleashing who you really are

• Not letting others (or their opinions) control you, limit you, or make you feel like shit

• Living authentically, speaking your truth, and going after your dreams, unashamedly

• No longer being available for doubt, negativity, people pleasing, self-sabotage or settling for less.

• Being your big, bold, beautiful and badass self

…And doing it all unapologetically.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with any of that.

In fact, it’s a whole fucking vibe right there.
